To understand SMS & Email module in details lets divide it 4 major sections.
Total Balance
Step 1.
You can reach the SMS & Email module by navigating to SMS & Email from the Settings option in the menu:
Step 2.
Clicking on the SMS & Email button will display the following page:
Step 3.
The section on the top of the page displays the total balance in rupees. Additionally this section also displays charges applied for each SMS and Email.
1. Total balance – Displays total amount available in your account.
2. SMS – Displays the charges applied for sending per SMS.
3. Email – Displays the charges applied for sending per mail.

Message History & Daily Reports
Step 1.
You can reach the SMS & Email module by navigating to SMS & Email from the Settings option in the menu:
Step 2.
Clicking on the SMS & Email button will display the following page:
Step 3
The Message & Email History and Daily Reports displays you date and number of SMS & Email usage with total balance after that transaction. Additionally you can also download detailed report.
Passbook has 6 columns as follows:
Date: Displays the date of SMS and email usage.
SMS: Displays number of SMS’s send on that day.
Email: Displays number of Email’s send on that day.
Usage: Displays rupees charged for that transaction , amount added or free balance added.
Balance: Displays total balance after that particular transaction.
Download Log: The icon under the Download Log column allows you to download a detailed report of the SMS and Email that were sent on that particular day.
Example
Consider the following scenario.
If I want to check which were the 18 SMS & 12 Email sent on 16 Dec 2016, I can click on the icon.
A excel file is downloaded that displays the date and time when the SMS was sent, mobile number of the recipient, and the content of the SMS. It looks something like this:
Add Money
Step 1.
You can reach the SMS & Email module by navigating to SMS & Email from the Settings option in the menu:
Step 2.
Clicking on the SMS & Email button will display the following page:
Step 3.
Click on the Add Money button at the top right corner.
Step 4.
Clicking on the Add Money button opens up following modal.
Step 5.
Select the required amount to be added by clicking on the amount.
Step 6.
Click on the Make Payment button to confirm payment.
Step 7.
You will be directed to the payment page, where you can complete the payment using the given options.
Step 8.
On successful completion of the payment, the following screen opens up, displaying name and number, amount paid, the transaction ID, and the date of transaction.
All transaction IDs of payment towards added balance will have EPI before it. For example, EPI-1458030470 (EPI: Expense Payment Id).
Step 9.
The added balance will now be visible in the Purchase History section. Your current balance will be updated too.
Purchase History
Step 1.
You can reach the SMS & Email module by navigating to SMS & Email from the Settings option in the menu:
Step 2.
Once you are here, click on the Purchase History button from the top right corner.
Step 3.
The modal that opens up will display a list of all purchases made for your account, along with the date, amount, ID, and number of amount credited.
NOTE
Click on the Close button to exit the modal.
Click on the Add Money button to add balance.
