What is Domain?
Domain name is your website’s address. On signing up with Jd Omni, you would have received the URL of your store which might look something as follows: http://shop.jdomni.com/ayushgeneralstores
This is the domain name of your store.
In case you want your stores domain name to look something like www.ayushgeneralstores.com you would first need to buy a domain name, and then configure it.
Step 1.
Once you are in your Jd Omni account, from Home page click on Configure New Domain.
NOTE
Alternatively you can go to to SMS & Email from the settings.
Click on Book Now option.
Click on the Add Domain Name button.
Step 2.
You will then be redirected to the Configure Your Domain module, here click on the Buy New Domain option from the following two options:
Step 3.
On clicking the Buy New Domain button, you will be directed to the Buy New Domain page, which looks as follows:
Step 4.
Enter the domain name you wish to have for your webstore and click on the Go button.
Step 5.
In case the domain name is available, it will be visible as follows:
Step 6.
To proceed with the domain name of your choice, click on the Buy Domain button. You will then be redirected to the payment page, where you can complete the payment through the available modes of payment.
Step 7.
Select the mode of payment for the transaction.
Step 8.
If Debit/Credit card, fill in your card number, the name on the card, month and year of expiry, and your CVV number.
NOTE
Leave the 
option checked if you want Jd Omni to store your card details so that you do not have to enter it every time you recharge/pay bills. All details except CVV number will be stored.
If you want to pay through Net Banking, either select your bank from the ones visible, or select your bank from the Other Banks drop-down list.
If you are paying through a wallet, select your wallet from the available options
Step 9.
Click on the Make Payment button.
Follow the respective procedure for the payment options, and complete the transaction of bill payment.
On successful completion of the payment, you will receive the following confirmation screen:
As displayed, the domain will be activated within 24 hours.
Business Email
Once your domain has been booked, you can also purchase email accounts for your store. These emails can be used for notifications purposes, communications and feedback from your customers, communication to/between staff members, and other purposes.
At the bottom of the screen, you will see the following information:
